Project Description

Originally completed in 1942, and siting abandoned for over 20 years, this historic building was converted from original office space into 214 luxury apartment units, ground-floor retail, and one level of underground parking.

Standing at 523 foot tall with 31 stories, the iconic Mercantile National Bank Tower was the tallest building west of the Mississippi at completion and the only skyscraper allowed to be built during WWII.
