Project Description

During the 2014-15 school year, the 70,000 sf only TCU all-female residence hall was completely renovated. The interior of the building was completely gutted and rooms, hallways and the front entrance were reconfigured as part of the first major change to the building since it opened in 1957. Colby Hall is now a LEED Gold certified building for its energy and resource-efficient design and construction measures.

In addition to the complete build out of Colby Hall, Integrated installed custom wood Armstrong ceilings and added 2 new stair towers in the renovation of this 3-story student housing building. The dated living quarters are now modern and full of energy with natural light creating social opportunities.

Colby Hall reinvented itself to be modern and chic with TCU charm.
