Project Description
The luxury goods retailer, Forty Five Ten, built its 40,000 SF flagship location in the heart of downtown Dallas. The ground floor consists of a café and retail. The second and third floors include additional retail. The fourth floor is home to a bar lounge and a signature restaurant, Mirador. This four-story building is the flagship location for Forty Five Ten.
