Project Description
- Provide complete conceptual and final cost estimates on complex projects
- Prepare detailed proposals based upon thorough understanding of drawings and specifications
- Review contracts
- Prepare submittal documents
- Coordinate with foreman, superintendent, and other personnel to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Prepare RFI’s, RFC’s, CO’s, and coordinate with the General Contractor, Architect and other parties to complete work throughout the duration of all projects
- Attend site visits, pre-bid walkthroughs, jobsite walkthroughs, coordination meetings, pull schedule meetings and any other meetings to perform responsibilities
- Maintain healthy working relationships with clients and peers

Skills & Qualifications
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Must be a highly motivated individual willing to surpass client expectations
- Must be an extremely detail oriented individual
- 5 years minimum successful estimating/project management experience in the drywall and acoustical industry
- Thorough understanding of all construction plans and specifications including Architectural, Structural and MEP drawings
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft office suite software including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Preferred Skills (not mandatory)
- 4 year degree from major university or college in relevant field
- LEED accreditation
- Experience working in The Edge Estimating Software
- Ability to speak Spanish
- Experience in Bluebeam
