Project Description
“This project scope required our team to work in multiple locations in an existing athletic field house at Tarleton State University. We were required to finish out an existing shell space and convert it to the coach’s offices and the football team’s new film room. We also converted an existing storage room into a barber shop. Lastly, we constructed a ground-up addition to their existing building and added a multi-purpose room. All of this work was completed in an existing, and very active, facility. Through close coordination with our trade partners and material vendors, we were able to resequencing our schedule; and we turned over the coach’s offices nearly 3 months earlier than our initial project schedule indicated. This was a huge win for the project team in developing the trust and relationship with Tarleton State University.”
