Project Description
The Fidelity Southwest Regional Headquarters Campus is a multi-phased project encompassing several buildings totaling over 620,000 square foot in addition to an 821,000 square foot parking garage. The facilities include a fitness center, cafeteria, wellness center, parking garage and deck/pavilion. By incorporating sustainable elements and construction procedures, the project was certified LEED Gold.
Unique features included built-in-place roof trusses as well as roof gutters.
